Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Proficiency with CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Project management and budget oversight experience.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and resource planning.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
  • Design and develop custom machinery and mechanical systems using CAD software and engineering best practices.
  • Perform engineering calculations and analyses related to motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and structural components.
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams to improve processes and support business objectives.
  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to source, evaluate, and integrate components and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and new product development.

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000
