Job summary

Pennsy Supply, Inc., a CRH company, offers a Mechanical Engineering Intern position in the Harrisburg, PA area. The internship runs about 10–12 weeks and will involve travel between Pennsy Supply plants in the Harrisburg market region.

You will be exposed to multiple departments, gain hands-on experience, and learn capital project planning, maintenance, and plant operations while supporting safety initiatives and production reporting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering major, current sophomore or junior.
• Desired 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply, Inc.
• Conduct daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA's, TRACK, etc)
• Maintenance activities and process improvement
