Job summary

United Launch Alliance is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience across analysis, design, and systems engineering. You will assist with existing flight hardware analysis, support future hardware development, and participate in projects ranging from data analysis to tool design.

Travel to various ULA locations may be required. The role supports one or more engineers, with shadowing of operations and unique assignments that align with larger programs.

Qualifications

• Completed sophmore year by summer internship.
• High School/GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for certain locations.
• Plan to be enrolled Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis of existing flight hardware and design future hardware.
• Perform data analysis and contribute to methodology improvement projects.
• Shadow engineers and participate in day-to-day engineering activities.
• Travel to suppliers or other ULA locations as needed.
