Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Engineering Co-op in Palatka, FL is seeking motivated engineering students for Fall 2027. Co-ops will support manufacturing operations with a focus on innovation, efficiency, reliability, and quality assurance in a dynamic setting.

Assignments include real-world projects, problem solving, and ownership of tasks while gaining exposure to Koch’s Principles Based Management and broad network across Koch companies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate as program requires.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance in a manufacturing facility.
• Maintain focus on safety and health compliance throughout operations.
• Tackle significant projects, solve problems, and take ownership of work.
• Learn about Koch and our Principle Based Management while expanding your professional network.
