Siemens Sacramento offers a mechanical engineering co-op focused on creating work instructions for rail vehicle overhauls and assisting with mechanical designs. You will use Creo for 3D modeling and fabrication drawings to support maintenance projects.

Eligible students are sophomores or juniors in Mechanical Engineering, with legal authorization to work in the US. Prior internship experience and SAE Baja/Formula participation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduates in Mechanical Engineering with legal authorization to work in the US.
• Prior internship experience and participation in SAE Baja/Formula preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create work instructions for rail vehicle overhauls.
• Assist with mechanical designs and modifications.
• Support technical bids for maintenance projects using Creo for 3D modeling and fabrication drawings.
