MIKEL in Keyport, WA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support four NUWC divisions, performing test, evaluation, repair, and life-cycle support for undersea warfare systems. This role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, defense experience preferred, ability to obtain SECRET clearance, and strong CAD/analysis skills using Solid Edge/SolidWorks, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.

Qualificações

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical development.
• Familiar with GD&T and CAD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support four NUWC divisions: TT&E, Undersea Weapons, Sustainment Engineering, and Unmanned Systems.
• Provide design, production, test services and life-cycle support for weapon and combat systems.
• Create technical documentation using MS Office and Acrobat.
• Assist with configuration management and tooling/fixturing design.
