Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and creating detailed drawings.
• Strong hands-on, lab testing and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mechanical design and architecture for new products, creating components and assemblies with SolidWorks.
• Support design of precision mechanisms, motion control systems, and mechatronic architectures.
• Collaborate with electrical, optical, and manufacturing teams for system-level compatibility.
• Participate in prototype builds, fixture design, test planning, and iterative lab troubleshooting.
• Assess materials, manufacturing methods, and vendor capabilities to optimize performance and cost.
• Apply GD&T and basic structural/thermal analyses in design work.
