EEA Consulting Engineers seeks a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to MEP project design in Austin, TX, with a hybrid schedule. You will lead mechanical design tasks, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, and manage budgets and timelines.

The role requires a Texas-PE license, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas).
• Significant experience in MEP mechanical engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drawings and models.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception through completion, ensuring client requirements, codes, and standards are met.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and control budgets.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to integrate mechanical systems.
• Attend site visits and design reviews as required.
