EEA Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for our Industrial market sector in Austin, TX. The role focuses on mechanical design, project management, and timely delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• Significant experience in MEP mechanical engineering with project management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems; ASHRAE/IPC/NFPA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from scope through construction administration.
• Direct design and evaluation of MEP systems and ensure code compliance.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and assign deliverables across teams.
• Monitor financial performance, including billings and AR, using Ajera.
• Maintain client and partner relationships and coordinate across disciplines.
• Guide engineers and designers in mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
