The Role

You'll lead mechanical design projects from inception through completion across a diverse and genuinely interesting project portfolio - spanning healthcare, federal and defense facilities, commercial developments, civic buildings, and academic institutions. No two projects the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects through the full project lifecycle
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other disciplines
• Assist with QA/QC and ensure compliance with current industry standards
• Stay current with codes, standards, and best practices in MEP design

What You'll Need

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• PE license preferred; EIT considered for strong candidates
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Solid MEP design experience with a collaborative, team-first approach
• Curiosity, good judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities
