Elemental Brands in Reno, NV is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and prototype mechanical lighting components for our LED products. You will develop 3D models, create drawings, and support manufacturing from prototyping through mass production.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years in CAD-driven design, with SolidWorks experience and knowledge of sheet metal and extrusion processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficient with sheet metal design and CAD.
• Manufacturing experience in an industrial environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and prototyping of mechanical lighting components.
• Develop 3D models for new components.
• Create component fabrication drawings and assembly drawings.
• Create wiring diagrams and manufacturing assembly instructions.
• Review drawings and BOMs for accuracy.
• Assemble prototypes and assist testing.
• Perform design reviews for mass production.
• Support production tools and processes.
