Job summary

Elemental Brands in Reno, NV, is seeking a highly organized Domestic Manufacturing Project Manager or Associate Manager to coordinate projects spanning domestically manufactured products, internal LED assemblies, and sheet metal components.

You will bridge Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, and Distribution, ensuring builds meet specifications, quality standards, and schedules while developing SOPs and tracking metrics for leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management in metal fabrication/industrial assembly.
• Experience with precision metal manufacturing and CNC sheet metal.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and CPQ tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows for internally manufactured parts across fabrication, machining, finishing, and assembly.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to inspect facilities and perform FAI.
• Coordinate with Technologies division and Sr. Director for hand-offs and milestones.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Quotes, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, OMS, and Distribution.
• Analyze drawings and BOMs to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Create SOPs and document processes for domestic manufacturing projects.
• Track project metrics, lead times, and quote-to-production conversions.
• Communicate work orders prioritizing based on timelines, materials, and capacity.
• Conduct post-production reviews to ensure assemblies meet specs.
• Assist with special operational initiatives and capital equipment integration.
• Perform other project management duties.
