Qualifications

• In-progress degree program with Mechanical Engineering concentration.
• 1+ year collegiate education in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Basic proficiency in CAD.
• Basic familiarity with engineering software for modeling and simulation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for current and pre-production projects and products.
• Contribute to prototyping and testing of new technologies.
• Create and modify 3D models, schematic drawings, and use CAD software.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and simulations using FEA tools.
• Document findings and analysis; apply GD&T principles to drawings.
• Support root cause analysis and RMA processing.
