Qualifications

• In-progress degree program from an accredited university/college with a concentration in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field and returning to school full-time after the work session.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a service-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of lab test and measurement instrumentation.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.
• Computer skills - MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electronics to component level. Read and interpret schematics and datasheets.
• Investigate root cause and propose solutions.
• Enter defects and repair data into asset management database.
• Perform mechanical assembly and wiring following provided drawings and schematics.
• Ability to write test software a plus.
• Configuration of replacement PCs for existing test systems.
• Implement upgrades or assist in redesigning current test systems.
