Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with product development, design for manufacturability (DFM) and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in statistics, DOE and data analysis methods.
• Hands-on prototyping, testing and debugging throughout development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the design process to meet quality, performance, schedule and cost objectives.
• Develop concepts, prototype, test, and define product specifications.
• Perform stack-ups and system analysis to ensure lifetime performance.
• Investigate design issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Reliability and Field Research to translate requirements into specs.
