You will work closely with design and materials engineers, coordinate multiple tasks, and deliver meticulous testing and documentation to meet specifications. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience in material testing and mechanical inspection equipment (XRF machines, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Perform XRF measurements to determine elemental composition and material properties.
• Operate and maintain XRF spectrometers for reliable results.
• Analyze XRF spectra to verify specifications and standards.
• Evaluate parts via dimensional verification to meet the TDP.
• Conduct hands-on mechanical testing to assess material properties and design limits.
• Collaborate with engineers and SMEs across disciplines.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing analyses and test results.
• Manage multiple analysis tasks while adhering to schedule.
