Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 510 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Hands-on thermal engineering experience for electronic systems.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Strong heat transfer knowledge (conduction, convection, and radiation).

Responsibilities

• Design parts, enclosures, and assemblies for electronic systems using SolidWorks.
• Lead thermal analysis for hardware, focusing on heat dissipation and airflow.
• Perform thermal and structural evaluations via simulation and testing.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers for PCB integration and thermal performance.
• Support prototyping, design verification, and design reviews.
• Maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Advise on materials, manufacturability, and design trade-offs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system-level design decisions.
