Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience selecting materials for structural, thermal, mechanical, electrical, producibility and environmental considerations.
• Experience with GD&T (ASME Y14.5), tolerance analysis, metal fabrication, assembly joining techniques, and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design, development, and documentation of components and assemblies for defense systems.
• Develop designs from concept to technical data package (drawings, models) and support production.
• Collaborate with structural/thermal/electrical teams to solve complex issues.
• Participate in design reviews and trade studies; occasional CONUS travel.
