Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to design and develop frame, body, and cabin components for electric forklifts. You will create 3D models with CREO, ensure drawing accuracy, and work with cross‑functional teams to meet manufacturability and cost targets. On‑site in Muscatine, IA.

Requirements include a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years in product design/development, with CREO and PDM experience. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in product design/development, preferably in new product development.
• 3D CAD CREO and PDM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and release of enhancements for forklift models and options.
• Engineer parts including welded steel, metal castings, plastics, rubbers, multi‑part assemblies, and electrical components.
• Create 3D models, drawings, and study files using CREO and manage files in PDM.
