Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and either 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support fluid systems and pump technology activities including manufacturing, assembly, troubleshooting, and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot production assembly and product acceptance test issues using root cause analysis.
• Assist in implementing design and process improvements to address manufacturing defects and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Participate in field issue investigations by gathering technical data and supporting corrective actions.
• Communicate technical findings and project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders for timely resolution.
