Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering and related experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for part/assembly modeling and drawings.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing methods and tolerances.
• Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-disciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design & CAD Modeling for mechanical housings, enclosures, brackets, and adapters.
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Generate BOMs and support prototype procurement.
• Apply basic DFM and tolerances with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with electrical/RF engineers for size, weight, form factor.
• Support integration of electronics into platforms through design modifications and hands-on help.
• Coordinate with vendors for prototype fabrication.
• Assist in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting prototype systems.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Produce and maintain design documentation and reports.
• Learn engineering fundamentals under supervision and adapt to fast-paced schedules.
