Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related technical field.
• 0-2 years experience for Mechanical Engineer I, up to 8 years for Mechanical Engineer IV in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient to advanced in CAD (SolidWorks/PDM and/or Autodesk Inventor/Vault).
• OEM design experience preferred; hygiene/roll converting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for new machine functions, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Create technical solutions, detailed designs, and assembly drawings.
• Interface with suppliers to clarify system functionality and requirements.
• Support Purchasing in evaluating proposals, costs, and supplier capabilities.
• Develop and maintain product catalogs and specification workbooks.
• Read and apply information from blueprints, drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement procedures and troubleshoot.
