Job summary

TEEMA is seeking Professional Engineers (PE) and Engineers-in-Training (EIT) to join our Denver operation in a hybrid role. You will contribute to HVAC & plumbing design for diverse commercial projects in an ESOP-owned environment.

Work with BIM tools (Revit and Bluebeam), coordinate with architecture, interiors, structures and electrical teams, and support field activities with site visits. Growth-oriented engineers will find clear paths for advancement and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in the commercial AEC market.
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam daily.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• HVAC & Plumbing Design: design, load calculations, equipment selection for AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and plumbing systems.
• BIM Modeling & Documentation: use Revit and Bluebeam to create, coordinate, and review drawings.
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: collaborate with architectural, interior design, structural, and electrical teams.
• Field & Construction Support: site investigations, assess conditions, construction administration, liaise with contractors and clients.
• Project Oversight (PE Level): lead projects through schematic design to commissioning, perform QA/QC, sign/seal docs, mentor EIT staff.
