Job summary

Wiley|Wilson in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training to design HVAC and plumbing systems under licensed engineers. You will gain hands-on experience across project phases and work toward your PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) required or equivalent.
• FE Exam must be passed by start date.
• Revit experience preferred; familiarity with building systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing for diverse projects.
• Prepare and review mechanical designs, calculations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers during design phases.
• Support field investigations and observe installation of mechanical systems.
