Responsibilities

• Design elements of High-Speed IO interconnect and cable devices to meet design requirements.
• Perform mechanical analyses (static, dynamic, heat transfer) as required.
• Support verification/validation including environmental testing and prototype fabrication.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and review design packages for internal and external audiences.
• Lead sustainment and root-cause analysis for production issues; drive improvements.
