Job Summary:

CMTA, a Legence company, seeks a mechanical engineer for our Energy Solutions office in Fairfax, VA. This division is rapidly expanding. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, client-focused, and possesses a strong technical background to lead all project phases. Engineers with HVAC design and commissioning experience can transition easily into energy engineering within our group.

The entry-level engineer will work closely with the project manager. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct building and system audits
• Perform energy analysis and savings calculations
• Write detailed reports
• Attend meetings with clients and project managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience with an Energy Services company or a consulting engineering/commissioning firm preferred
