Job Summary:

We seek a self-motivated individual with a technical background who enjoys helping clients and participating in all project phases.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-6+ years of experience
  • EIT or PE Certification
  • Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD
  • Experience in MEP Design

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects involving the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for bidding and construction.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer responses.
  • Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects.
  • Guide staff engineers on energy-efficient design implementations.
  • Review contractor submittals for conformance with contract documents.
  • Apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers and personnel to resolve system issues and implement procedures.
  • Research and analyze customer proposals, manuals, and data for feasibility, cost, and maintenance.
  • Specify system components or modify products to meet design and performance specs.
  • Design and evaluate mechanical products, systems, and processes based on engineering principles.
  • Provide feedback to design engineers regarding customer needs and problems.
