Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a technical background who thrives on helping clients. They will be involved in all phases of the project.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-6+ years of experience
  • EIT or PE Certification
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
  • Experience in MEP Design

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects related to the design of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems for buildings, including bidding and construction phases.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated responses.
  • Attend meetings with owners, clients, or architects as needed.
  • Provide guidance to staff engineers on energy-efficient design implementations.
  • Review contractor submittals to ensure conformance with contract documents.
  • Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and personnel to resolve system malfunctions and implement operating procedures.
  • Research and analyze customer design proposals, manuals, and data to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
  • Specify system components or direct modifications to ensure conformance with design and performance specifications.
  • Research, design, and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet project requirements.
  • Provide feedback to design engineers based on customer problems and needs.
