Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated seeks a Mechanical Engineer in Menasha, WI to design mechanical and electro-mechanical parts for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center products.

The role supports the Design Engineering team, coordinates with disciplines, and creates BOMs, drawings, and layout models to meet project goals; onsite work with travel 10-25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Internship or 6 months of work experience.
• Experience reading/measuring engineering drawings and schematics.
• Experience in BOM creation and Change Notices processes.
• Experience with mechanical components in energy/industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews technical drawings and mechanical specifications for proper application.
• Supports design of components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Performs detailed design calculations to meet project requirements.
• Develops 2D prints and 3D models for parts and assemblies.
• Produces BOM structures and processes Change Notices.
• Collaborates with teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing.
