Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI.

You will design and specify electrical/electro-mechanical components for products in renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets. You will support the Design Engineering team through product development, ensuring manufacturability, serviceability, and cost targets while coordinating with other disciplines to meet customer requirements and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience, 8 years product design experience preferred.
Proficient with 2D/3D CAD tools (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
Experience with low voltage circuits and PLC controllers.
Strong electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Guide designers and engineers in design activities.
Review drawings and specs for proper application in electrical/electro-mechanical assemblies.
Design electrical components and subsystems for power/low voltage products.
Perform design calculations to meet project requirements.
