Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Menasha, WI, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. This role designs and specifies electrical and electro-mechanical parts for products used in renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.

You'll collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturability, support product development, and assist service and aftermarket needs, contributing to Excellerate Products solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Internship or 6 months of work experience preferred.
• Working knowledge in 2D/3D CAD design software (Inventor, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo) desired.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and PLC controllers required.
• Experience in BOM creation and Change Notice processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews technical drawings and electrical specifications to ensure proper application of products within electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Supports the design of electrical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products including component selection, wire harness creation, assembly design and installation.
• Performs detailed design calculations to ensure design compliance with project requirements.
• Studies and understands related government and industry standards that govern the products being developed.
• Produces relevant documentation: electrical schematics, prints, assemblies, and compliance documents.
• Interacts with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Industrial Engineering regularly.
• Participates in design reviews and presentations of technical information.
• Supports BOM structures and change notices to release components and assemblies.
