Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Internship or 6 months of work experience preferred.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ability to create BOMs and process Change Notices.
• Experience with power generation or energy-related components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings and mechanical specs for proper application.
• Design mechanical components and sub-systems for power/low voltage products.
• Perform detailed design calculations to meet requirements.
• Produce 2D prints and 3D models for assemblies and parts.
• Develop Bill of Materials structures for modular products.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing teams.
