Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software required.
• Basic understanding of thermal principles in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical parts, enclosures, and assemblies for electronic systems using SolidWorks.
• Create and update 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Support thermal and structural evaluations via simulation, analysis, or testing.
• Ensure PCB integration with proper fit and mechanical clearances with EE teams.
• Assist with prototype builds, lab testing, and design verification.
