Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with full product development lifecycle, including design, analysis, and integration.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAE software (CREO, SolidWorks, ANSYS, FEMAP).
  • Ability to work with engineering teams and obtain Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of electromechanical hardware from concept through delivery.
  • Perform thermal and structural analyses.
  • Oversee detailed design, assembly, and testing.
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members.
