Hanson is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (EIT) to support the planning, design, and construction of building mechanical systems across a variety of facility projects.

You will work alongside engineers and project managers to develop innovative and practical solutions while gaining experience across multiple project types. The role involves load calculations, energy modeling, and preparing Revit drawings, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• E.I.T. certification is required or strongly preferred.
• PE licensure within 1 year is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility studies, assessments, and evaluations for building mechanical systems.
• Prepare construction drawings and contract documents using Revit.
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling for projects.
• Assist in selecting equipment and developing system layouts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions.
