Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires a BS in mechanical/mechatronics/industrial/robotics or related field.
  • 2+ years engineering experience with hands-on mechanical work.
  • Ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to support production needs through troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Manage and support critical engineering projects from design to testing and deployment.
  • Lead project management phases including scoping, funding, and execution for small to mid-sized projects ($20k-$2M).
  • Draft and review technical docs, layouts, SOPs, and schematics.
  • Coordinate with division and company resources to enhance project effectiveness.
  • Partner with teams on new product/process launches and material changes.
