Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting or leading technical projects.
• Skilled in reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, and drawing actionable conclusions from data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for plant production and facility equipment.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, or increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs through troubleshooting and optimization.
• Manage projects through design, installation, testing, and optimization phases.
• Draft and review technical documentation, layouts, SOPs, and mechanical schematics.
• Partner with teams on new product/process launches and material changes.
