Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or mechanical systems.
• Experience with mechanical design, thermal systems, heat transfer, or fluid systems.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, team-based project environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering project teams delivering robust mechanical systems for manufacturing plants.
• Support design, debugging, installation, and startup of mechanical and thermal systems.
• Collaborate to solve equipment-related problems and support project execution.
• Assist with prototype, proof-of-concept, and testing to validate designs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to meet project scope and timelines.
• Develop fabrication and installation drawings reflecting as-built conditions.
• Participate in system integration, field support, startup activities, and training of plant personnel.
