The role requires a BS in mechanical/mechatronics/industrial/robotics or related field and a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, with CAD skills preferred. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience across a wide range of applications.
• Experience supporting or leading technical projects.
• Skilled in reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, and drawing actionable conclusions from data.
• Results-driven with a high level of commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for plant production and facility equipment.
• Lead projects from design through installation and optimization.
• Manage small to large projects with budgets from $20k to $2M.
• Draft and review technical documentation, layouts, SOPs, and schematics.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve efficiency and throughput.
