The Best Job Board is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to research and design components for Ditch Witch products using CAD and solid modeling. You will oversee drafters and technicians, analyze specifications, and help build prototypes to verify performance and cost targets.

You will ensure designs comply with safety standards and manufacturing processes while collaborating with teams to optimize hydraulic/electrical systems and equipment design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–5+ years experience depending on engineer level; CAD and solid modeling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research and design components for Ditch Witch products using CAD.
• Direct the work of drafters and technicians on design projects.
• Analyze product specifications, build prototypes, and verify performance and costs.
