Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, reliability, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and scale-up to production.
• Lead or support capital projects with vendors, installation, and budgets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Support preventive maintenance and manufacturing reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Technical Services, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
