Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, materials development, or composites.
• Strong understanding of chemical-process principles with analytical problem-solving and process-data analysis skills.
• Strong project management, organization, technical documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of composite materials, resin systems, raw materials, formulations, and processing technologies.
• Optimize resin mixing, impregnation, coating, and prepreg manufacturing processes for quality, consistency, yield, safety, and productivity.
• Support scale-up from laboratory development through commercial production, customer qualification, and technical evaluation.
• Analyze process and material-performance data, establish process parameters, and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead or support continuous improvement, waste reduction, sustainability, capital improvement, equipment commissioning, and process validation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to Manufacturing and Quality and support customer-facing technical projects with Sales and Technical Services.
