Job summary

You will work with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure products meet SHD standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in identifying issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow specifications and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Inspect products against specifications and customer requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Review travelers, work orders, and certificates for accuracy.
• Identify nonconforming materials and communicate issues.
• Support NCRs, corrective actions, and root-cause investigations.
• Assist with calibration records and audits.
