Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble proposals to win work
- Lead multi‑discipline engineering teams through design milestones
- Respond to client and vendor questions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Facilitate communication across internal and external project teams
Qualifications
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a mechanical/energy/sustainability emphasis
- ASHRAE membership and involvement (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Experience with Revit MEP (preferred)
- Experience in building systems design and/or construction (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Proactive, collaborative team player
Salary range: $80,000–$93,000
