Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural or mechanical engineering and a P.E. license.
• Minimum 10+ years in HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering.
• Ability to lead a multidiscipline team and communicate effectively.
• ASHRAE certifications and active industry involvement preferred.
• LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA certifications preferred.
• Energy modeling experience is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our group as a long‑term member of our highly respected team. Our clients hire us for some of their most exciting and challenging projects in the healthcare, laboratory, industrial, education, space, and energy markets. The role involves working across varied project delivery approaches, managing projects through design and execution, and focusing on sustainable engineering solutions. We work in tight‑knit teams that support and mentor each other with a healthy work‑life balance.

• Registration as a P.E. required
• Minimum 10+ years in the HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering field required

• LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA certifications preferred
• Energy modeling experience is a plus
• Experience with MS Office programs
• Desire to work as a proactive team player
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills

Salary

Expected annual salary of $115,000 - $150,000.
