Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating technical data package artifacts (drawings and documents).
• Creating of Bill of Materials.
• Implementation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in accordance with ASME standards.
• Supporting production activity issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school with 4+ years of experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Understanding of applicable concepts from engineering specifications and drawing structure.
• Independently applies GD&T methods and tolerance stack-ups on parts and assemblies.
• Works within integrated teams supporting drawing modification and production activities.
• Experience leading issue resolution in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work in DoD Missile, Reentry Vehicle, or Hypersonics fields.
• Prior work creating engineering drawings using PTC Creo and Windchill.
• Understanding of cost and schedule implications of typical engineering deliverables.
• Experience working rapidly changing development programs.
