Lead Industrial & Logistics Projects: Manage small to mid-sized facility designs or portions of large programs, including warehouse, fulfillment and manufacturing buildings.

  • Own the Design: Take full technical ownership of HVAC and plumbing systems design — from early schematic development to final construction documents and though construction administration — with a focus on practical, code-compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Guide Clients: Serve as the point of contact for clients and external partners, building long-term relationships through clear communication, technical expertise, and reliable project delivery.
  • Develop the Team: Mentor junior engineers and designers by reviewing their work, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow in both technical and professional areas.
  • Drive Collaboration: Work closely with an integrated team of in-house architects, structural and electrical engineers, and internal team leads to ensure fully coordinated project delivery.
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct in-depth quality reviews of your work and others’ to uphold firm and industry standards.
  • Stay Hands-On: Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Trane Trace (or similar tools) to support HVAC and plumbing design, energy modeling, and documentation.
  • Support Construction: Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and participate in construction administration for your projects.
  • Track Project Success: Help establish project budgets and timelines, with an eye toward quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
