Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depends on work location).

Key Responsibilities

The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
Can technically lead a small team.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
Work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
Independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
Apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, with in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
Usually determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
