Overview

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depends on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
  • Can technically lead a small team.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
  • Work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
  • Independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, with in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
  • Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
  • Usually determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
