Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering co‑op in Massachusetts to participate in lab test set‑ups, perform experiments, and support prototyping with CAM/CNC basics. The 6‑month program starts January 2027, offering exposure to multiple divisions and a collaborative team environment.

You will work with 3D CAD, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to tests and development while reporting to the Sr. Manager of Engineering. Sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's program (2nd or 3rd year).
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in coursework or other activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with SolidWorks or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in lab test set-up and perform experiments.
• Work with 3D CAD and learn CAM/CNC basics to support prototyping.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multifunctional team.
