Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product and application support for customers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot field issues via phone, photos, videos, and email.
• Coordinate trade and project support.
